Western Maine
By Nathaniel Smith

Summer is fun.
The rain is gone.
Animals are eating all day long!
Here comes Fall, let's have a ball.
Here comes a scarecrow.
He is so scary.
He'll be stuffed with those leaves
you raked up in a hurry.
Next comes winter,
then comes Spring!
The snow will melt,
out comes the flowers.
Kids play outside for hours and hours.
I think I hear a peeptoad out on a log.
Oh, LOOK! there is a moose out in my bog!

Small Business Workshop - Telling Your Story

In our virtual world, business owners can open their doors from the kitchen table and operate their companies after they have worked at their day job.

Yet the task of how to tell their unique business story without hiring an expensive PR firm or creating a multi-million dollar ad campaign can still loom large for many business owners. Or maybe you have been in business for years, but you are ready to take your business to the next level, change your focus or your product or land that big new client, but you need to tell the world just how good you are with a new blog or a slick brochure.

On Tuesday, May 5, Caroline King will offer her workshop Telling the Story of Your Business designed to help you turn your passion into the words you need to tell the world about your business. The class will be held at the Loon Lodge in Rangeley from 1p – 4p and is offered at the affordable price of only $35.

For more information or to register, please contact Caroline King at 491-9810 or by email at caroline@maineword.com. Pre-registration is required for this special event because class size is limited.
