Franklin County Business Writing Workshops -- May 2009

Caroline King, local resident of Madrid and owner of Maine Word, will present two business writing workshops Franklin County during the month of May.

On Tuesday, May 5, Caroline King will offer her workshop Telling the Story of Your Business designed to help you turn your passion into the words you need to tell the world about your business. The class will be held at the Loon Lodge in Rangeley from 1p – 4p and is offered at the affordable price of only $35.

Caroline King, along with the Cooperative Extension’s Marc Edwards will present an interactive and results-oriented workshop called Writing for Your Business on Saturday, May 2nd from 9am - 3pm in Farmington. The workshop will help small business owners to develop a mission statement for their business and learn how to express the unique benefits of their product or service on the printed page. Writing for Your Business will be held at the Farmington Town Office meeting room and costs $35 per person.
